Roof types we work with
Clay roof tiles
Clay roof tiles are the more common tile that you see on houses, particularly on new build properties. This is because they are one of the most durable and long lasting tiles available. Clay tiles can last up to 100 years and come in different sizes, styles and colours. They are also cheaper and easy to source if you need replacements.
Concrete roof tiles
These tiles are created from cement, sand and water to produce the more cheaper tile available. Still very durable and although not the prettiest there are different ranges and imitation of clay tiles for a more appealing appearance. We usually recommend clay or concrete roof tiles for our customers.
Slate roof tiles
Slates are a popular choice as they are the most long lasting option available. They are also the more nicer looking tile available but do come at a higher price. The installation process of fitting a slate tile is also more challenging so often work on a slate roof is more expensive overall.
