Point Roofing were contracted to do a re-roof and building works on the Pharmacy on Plumbstead Road in Thorpe, Norwich.
The underside of the old roof was in bad condition so we stripped the roof removing the old materials and keeping the tiles to re-fit as they were in good condition.
New premium breathable membrane and treated batten was installed. The new tiles were fitted with new ridge and dry ridge system for better ventilation.
There was also cracks and damage to the outside walls. The team repaired the cracks, sealed and painted making look fresh and new.
